Lights Out

By downloading, installing, or using Lights Out (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms of Use and the rules of the App Store or Google Play through which you obtained the App.

This license does not include the right to sell, resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the App for commercial purposes.

You may not use the App to:

Cheat or manipulate scores — including using bots, scripts, emulators, memory editors, or any automated tools to submit scores or achieve results that do not reflect genuine gameplay.

Reverse engineer or decompile — attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the App or its servers.

Interfere with services — disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or leaderboard infrastructure.

Submit harmful content — use leaderboard display names to transmit offensive, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove such entries without notice.

All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

Lights Out offers an optional Premium subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not process payment information directly.

Subscription pricing and features are displayed in the App before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any online features of the App (such as leaderboards) at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
